Erika is the founder and owner of c Ideas, a boutique practice which delivers expert advice and personal attention to the specifics of each client we serve.
Erika has had considerable experience in both government and Social Services, she has a degree in Social Work and a number of other certifications.
Erika’s dominant passion is for organisations and systems improvement.
c Ideas has allowed her to combine all of her experience and talents in the specialised area of bringing quality and safety systems to community services and small businesses.
A passion for systems leads Erika to work with and evaluate a variety of quality and safety management systems such as the internationally used ISO 9001 Standard; ISO 45001 a WHS standard; QHSE; ASES (Service Excellence); QIC and NDIS.
Consequently she is able to deliver expert advice on which system will best meet each organisation’s requirements.
